General terms and conditions
If you place an order, it is binding. Payment in advance is required for a unit to go into production. The delivery period is about 4-5 weeks. Once the money has been received, you will receive an installation or delivery date asap.
Guarantee & service
SWS-Systems have a 2-year guarantee. Excluded from it are the pre-filters (consumables), as well as damage due to incorrect or improper installation, damage caused by external factors, disassembly of the ” inside parts ” and other defects not attributed to a component or the unit itself.
If the hardness of the water is above 15 or 20, then the membranes close up very quickly. Therefore a consultation or recommendation regarding a system to soften the water (ion exchanger, resin) is an important part of maintaining the life of the unit.
The pre-filters must be changed annually, every 11-13 months this will cost you EUR 210.00. We offer a service agreement, which includes changing the filters annually, changing the membranes when necessary, and testing the unit for water quality regularly.

Your right to revoke the contract
You have the right to revoke the contract within 14 days without stating any reasons.
This 14 day deadline begins on the day that you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the person delivering the unit, take possession of it.

email: kontakt@sws-deutschland.de declaring clearly that you want to revoke the contract. You can do this by using the attached revocation-form or your own wording, and sending it to us by post or email. In order to comply with the revocation deadline all you need to do is send the revocation off before the deadline has expired.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you including the delivery costs as soon as possible (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different option to the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless agreed
otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We will delay the reimbursement until you have sent us proof of shipping the goods back to us or we have received the goods depending on what reaches us earlier. Please send the goods back without delay, at the latest within 14 days from the day you have informed us of the revocation. Please return or deliver them to SWS Deutschland GbR, Karl-Julius-Weber-Straße 16, 74523 Schwäbisch Hall. You will be within the deadline if you send the goods off within this 14 day period.
You will carry the deliver cost of sending the goods back. You will only have to pay for the loss of value of the goods if it can be proven that this loss of value is due to unnecessary handling in order to see the composition, characteristics or workings of the goods.
